A recent drawing and design done for my excellent clients at Prairie Sun Brewery (link below). I used a somewhat different technique than usual for this one: these are digital colours added over a traditional pencil sketch with no inks. Thanks for looking!
I love it!!
But... but, they would be so much KYOOOTER as furry animal zombies! Yer losin' yer touch, man!
Now that you mention it, that would have been cool! I think they are actually doing a zombie beer label soon (fingers crossed!)
This sounds tasty, and just sort of looks tasty. I mean, look at those happy woodland creatures! I'm not arguing!
...and thanks for the fave, of course!
Yeah, I'll have to try it, although I'm more into whiskey. The choices of beer now are pretty amazing.
Alas, I'm off all forms of alcohol. Mostly due to my spectacular cheapness. But were I back on with alcohol, craft beer would be my thing.
Yeah, the price in bars is shocking. For someone of my, er, "stature" and semi-legendary tolerance for alcohol, even enough drinks to get "feeling good" can run over $100. Just far too much. But then this is why God invented flasks!
Just watched a biography of Andre the Giant. It took two bottles of vodka (downed at a fast rate) to get him even slightly buzzed. He'd have to bring a mighty big flask.
Nice! I imagine if 'Smokey The Bear' wanted a cold one he'd turn to this Lager. Great work!
Darn, I want to try this beer! Look great, Huw.
Thanks, Dean! I haven't even tried it yet. I'm actually more of a whiskey guy but their beer is good!
Ain't that cute?! Looks like you're losing your edge, you old pansy! Were your wrists too limp to ink this traditionally? You got to take it easy on those free handjobs you keep giving out at the YMCA before your wrists are completely shot.
I figured out a technique to give my wrists a break but now my throat is killing me. Thanks for the fave!
I'd suggest that you use your backside, but that's probably worn out from your visits to the local theatre and dance academy. All those boys are just waiting for the big time and you're about as big as it gets! You certainly show them how to shine, Huw.
I was afraid this might get homophobic there for a second.
I'll never get scared of you, sweetie pie, so just keep reaching for those twinkling sparkly stars. Just think, we're doing our part in celebrating worldwide pride week! Canada's the host this year so you better get all slutted up and follow that rainbow to Toronto, mister sister! I'm sure you'll find your share of golden nuggets in all the pots you plan on digging into!
I would feel more at home at Worldwide Shame Week.
Yeah, me too. I think I've always been lacking in pride. Anyway, you should really check out the movie, "Werewolf in Washington". The werewolf actually fights the president. I haven't seen a movie that weird in a while. Tomorrow I'm watching, "They Saved Hitler's Brain". With a title like that there's no way it can be awful.
I THINK I've seen "Werewolf in Washington" but it would have been along time ago. They saved Hitler's Brain" is absolutely mindbogglingly insane. As I recall, it's actually a slightly older film called "Madmen of Mandoras" with some footage added. It's truly incredibly bad. You will love it.
