My son, Dylan (under the name "Quiltin Heavens") has released 3 new songs which you can check out (and buy!) here. I'd be interested to know what people think. He also designed the promo visuals and drew the custom font. That's my boy!

Your son is very gifted. Whenever I'm sitting in the car with Johann's 5 year old grandson, Gerry, as soon as grandma's gone into a store, Gerry always asks me to play the disk by my friend's son. He thinks I'm letting him be bad by listening to it. It's just a cool bonding moment that Gerry and I share.
Really? That's great. Which disk did I send you? I can't even remember. I hope it was the newer one but, if not, I'll send that to you. Great to hear this, Chris! I will tell my lad.
I recently bought a newer used car, and my nephew took my old Suzuki sidekick to salvage it. Either I left your son's CD in the player, or it's somewhere in my storage area. Hopefully it shows up.
Hey, no problem, Chris. Just let me know if it doesn't reappear and I can easily send you both their CDs any time.
Will let you know. Thank you kindly.
I'm back to work on my Dew Drop Inn painting. It's 3x5 feet. I had stopped working on it for a month. Just wasn't satisfied with it. But I managed to figure out the problem areas, and after much scraping and reprimering, it's coming along great. Will post photos as soon as I get a camera. It's taking me awhile to get used to my bachelor life. Seems like all my friends have moved on with their lives. I just hope I don't turn into a hermit again. Hope all is well in your life. Thank you for your friendship.
Hi Chris. I'm sure it's a tough transition but glad to hear your art is coming along again. Everyone is excited to see new work from you! People love the painting of yours we have. I would like to save up and buy a big piece some day but I have a feeling you are going to be very famous soon and far out of my price range - but, hey, that's a good thing! Such great stuff. Let me know if you ever need to talk and if you want my kid's CDs replaced, just say the word and I'll mail 'em off. All the best.
I really like his style. Saskaspoon is really good. He has a really fresh sound.
